Indian Silver Inlaid Bidri Hookah Base Vase

19th century Deccan hookah base silver inlaid into a cast alloy of zinc, decorated with cranes and scrolling floral designs to the bottle shaped body rising to the neck and mouth with Greek key decoration to the foot. This charming piece has an elegant profile, will make a stunning vase or shelf or mantel decoration.  Circa 1850.
