Vieux Paris "Old Paris" Porcelain En Grisaille Teapot In The Manner of Nast

The closest example to this teapot shares a base form is part of a  set that shared decoration technique (Grisaille) and were marked on the saucers "Nast."  (See images)  Thus in the manner of Nast. One of the "Big Four" producers of Old Paris Porcelain.    "Old Paris" or Vieux Paris porcelain describes luxury ceramic items made by over 30 independent workshops and private factories in and around Paris, France, from the late 18th century through the 1870s. It features bright, hand-painted colors, heavy gold gilding, and fine craftsmanship
