Monumental 19th Century Neoclassical Terracotta Urn Architectural Relief

Wonderful large scale 19th century terracotta architectural decorative relief of a neoclassical style flaming two handled urn retaining the original red paint. The beautifully realized classical urn shown in deep relief with arabesque handles with bell blowers hanging, egg and dart border, swag drapery tied to two rings, supported by three ball feet. Crowned by a flame, each corner with a raised floret.

Circa 1880's.

Quite impressive in scale at 4 feet tall and over 2 feet wide, this sculptural relief will make a room. Likely from a facade of a neoclassical style building from the mid to late 19th century. The three panels come apart and rest on top of each other, making it easier to handle and ship.

The condition quite good for an architectural piece, various chips as shown in the photos, both bottom corners have old repairs. A very special and unique find.
