Vintage Drexel Walnut and Gilt Wood Campaign Desk with Gilt X-Base Legs and Low Roll Top

Fabulous vintage Campaign style low roll top desk with gilt X-leg base by Drexel. Circa 1970.  This desk is in great vintage condition; however, there are nicks and dings and wear to the gilding on the X-base as you would expect with age. 

This is such a handsome desk by Drexel, done in Campaign style with low roll tops or tambour doors on each side of the desk top which sits on a gilded X-base. It is a good sized desk, I am 6.1 and it works very well for me. It includes the original and very sturdy Drexel chair.
