An Early 19th Century French Bouillotte Lamp with Green Tole Shade

An early 19th century French Empire etched brass bouillotte lamp, originally and oil lamp that has been electrified. With three arms below a green painted adjustable tole shade, the body and base incised with floral designs. This is a sweet little lamp of unusual form.

Lovely small scale: 20 inches high 11 inch diameter shade. Base 5.25 wide and deep.

Wear consistent with age and use. As is, estate fresh, has not been rewired.
