Regency Style Painted Walnut Mirror with Gilt Decoration

Regency style shaped wall mirror with raised floral decoration in gilt gesso. Retains the original beveled glass. The walnut frame painted a deep chocolate brown which offsets the muted gilding beautifully. This classic form is quite elegant, the original glass with it's deep bevel very appealing.  Circa 1950.
