Ancient Egyptian Style Bust of a Pharaoh on Black Lacquer Base

Ancient Egyptian style Grand Tour black painted plaster bust of a Pharaoh mounted on a black lacquer base. The black painted plaster meant to mimic black basalt, the base is quite handsome. There is an impressed mark on the back that is indecipherable, possibly a makers mark. A handsome piece of sculpture with presence, evocative of ancient Egypt, land of the Pharaohs.  Circa 1900.
