Maison Ramsay specialized in high-end decorative furnishings. Founded in Paris by Jean-Charles Moreux  and  Armand-Albert Rateau in 1919, its list of clients included the most discerning taste makers of the period, such as the Rothschild family, Hubert de Givenchy or Baron de Rédé,  to name a few .  This table's simple design and quality is reminiscent of the works created by Moreaux.
