A large 18th century Spanish Baroque style carved wood and parcel-gilt decorated Coat-of-Arms.
The high relief carved Armorial shield is that of the city of Madrid, depicting ‘El Oso y el Madroño‘ or the standing bear reaching up to the strawberry tree, surrounded by elaborate Baroque scrollwork and volutes.
