Pair of English 18th Century Sir William Hamilton Framed Greco-Roman Engravings

Pair of 18th century hand-colored engravings, with Greek warriors, from Lord Hamilton's folio, "Antiquités Etrusques, Grecques et Romaines", (1766-1776). This is a really nice pair, large size with vbrant color and in very good condition. Beautifully framed and matted.

Hamilton's collection of ancient vases was assembled by him after his appointment to the court of Naples in 1764, was first illustrated, described, and published between 1776 and 1777.
