Pre-Columbian Nayarit Pottery Vase Vessel

Pre-Columbian Nayarit terracotta pottery vase or jar vessel, Ixtlan del Rio, Mexico. Depicting horizontal registers with dotted motifs, interspersed by solid bands of color. Executed in orange and cream glazes on red slip ground. Of low and bulbous form with recessed and stout neck.  Restorations in keeping with age.
